Kimberly Smith: Women’s Director

Kimberly Smith is a wife and mother of two and most recently a beaming Santi (grandmother).
She spent several years with Bible Study Fellowship where she received training in speaking and leadership skills. She served five years as the teaching leader, two years as the substitute teaching leader, a couple of years as a discussion leader, and started the whole journey as a children’s leader and supervisor. Kimberly has a heart for women and a passion for the Word of God. Kimberly’s vision is to build a women’s ministry team that invests in fellowship, prayer, worship, and becoming women of the truth (Alethia).

Drew Bartels: Worship Director

Drew and his wife, Rachelle, love serving together on the Alethia Worship Team. For Drew, serving as the Worship Director at Alethia Church is considered his dream job because it combines two things that he loves dearly, music and ministry. Both he and Rachelle have a heart to disciple this team by developing a strong community that loves to worship God in both Spirit and truth! They both consider it a humbling blessing to get the opportunity to lead the congregation in worship on Sundays. When they’re not playing music together, Drew and Rachelle enjoy chasing their two boys around, sharing a meal with others, adventures, sleep, and watching movies!

Gregg Koch: Alethia Small Groups

Gregg recently lived in Vietnam for two years working for a local church as an outreach ministry coordinator before moving back to Atlanta in 2012. After a short time there he felt God calling him back to the mountains and more specifically to Colorado Springs. He loves enjoying God’s creation through many outdoor activities and adventures.  He values fellowship and connecting people, building community with others, and serving the homeless downtown. He currently works as a pilot for Delta Air Lines and serves within the small group ministry at Alethia Church. Gregg loves connecting over a good cup of coffee!
